Information We Collect
Equity Trade Exchange will explicitly ask when we need information that identifies your business or allows us or other participating clients to contact you ("Your Information"). Generally this information is requested when registering on Equity Trade Exchange.

Our Use of Your Information
We internally use Your Information to improve our content and product offerings, to customize our site's content and layout, to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, and to statistically analyze site usage. We may also use Your Information to deliver information to you that, in some cases, is targeted to your interests, such as hot offers or promotions.

You can remove yourself from receiving such information by replying to the email forwarded to you. We use information in the file we maintain about your business, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the site, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Trade Rules.

At times, we may look across multiple users to identify problems or resolve disputes. On occasions we may evaluate your information to look for users using multiple User ID's or aliases. In the course of using our site, we automatically track certain information about you. This information includes the URL that you just came from, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your IP address.

Many sites automatically collect this information. In addition, we may use cookies on certain pages of our site. Among other reasons, cookies allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session. Cookies can also help us provide information that is targeted to your interests. Cookies are stored on your hard drive, not on our site. We do not sell, rent or trade Your Information to any third party. Any user on Equity Trade Exchange will have access to Your Information from your "User Profile" such as email address, phone number, city, state, zip code, country, and company information.

Further, when involved in a barter transaction, an email with your email address may be sent to the other party in the transaction for their approval. Under no circumstances will Equity Trade Exchange provide your credit card information to any third party or other registered user. Equity Trade Exchange may disclose Your Information if required to do so by law or in good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Equity Trade Exchange or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Equity Trade Exchange, the site or the users of Equity Trade Exchange, and (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Equity Trade Exchange, the site or the public. For example, the FEIN of U.S. entities and the SSN of U.S. individuals will be kept strictly confidential, except where properly required by governmental agencies.

Use of Other Users' Information
In order to facilitate interaction among all Equity Trade Exchange community users, our service allows you to access other users' email address, phone number and address. Further, when involved in a barter transaction, an email with your email address may be sent to the other party in the transaction for their approval.

By entering into our User Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other user's account information that you obtain through the site or through an Equity Trade Exchange-related communication or Equity Trade Exchange-facilitated transaction, Equity Trade Exchange hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for: (a) Equity Trade Exchange-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages, (b) any other purpose that such user expressly elects into after adequate disclosure of the purpose(s). In addition, under no circumstance, except as defined in this Section, can you disclose account information about another user to any third party without our consent and the consent of such other user after adequate disclosure. Equity Trade Exchange and our users do not tolerate spam.

Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, You are not licensed to add a Equity Trade Exchange user, even a user who has purchased from you - to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent after adequate disclosure.

E-mail Address Harvesting
You may not use this service to send spam.

We do not use the email addresses you enter for any purpose other than to send your email. We do not rent, sell, or trade these email addresses, either.

Control of Your Password
You may not disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If, despite the foregoing, you lose control of your password, You may lose substantial control over your account information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.

Third Party Collectors of Information
